Minted Armani
The 2023 numismatic collection of the Italian Republic, issued by the MEF and produced by the State Mint includes coins dedicated to Giorgio Armani. The coins are among the novelties in the 2023 catalog, presented on February 7 in the Sala Ciampi at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, representative of the excellence of iconic Italian style in the world. The series consists of a EUR 50 gold coin and a triptych of EUR 5 silver coins ‘Eccellenze Italiane - Giorgio Armani’.
The Collection issues special coins every year in celebration of the main national events and anniversaries, the big names and the wonders of art and literature, the best of ‘Made in Italy’ in enterprise and also food & wine, sport, the environment and ancient and recent history.
